As for the airline’s strengths, perhaps its best selling point comes from their ground and flight crew. Passengers liked how well-trained the staff were, with large smiles and lively demeanor, the flyers felt at ease with their services. The aircraft’s configuration is fairly comfortable and they still hand out some amenity kits for the personal use of their passengers.
Now, for the carriers weaknesses, the passengers seem to be the most common topic of complaint. The quality of the inflight meals range from acceptable to quite horrible. People also noted the the fleet had “seen better days”, with aging seats and old facilities.
