“Cabin crew friendlyand professional MXP-HAV return in Y class. Boeing 763ER was in good condition and quiteconfortable. I chose for “poltronissima air” that indicates the possibility to be assigned a seat in the emergency exit row larger than others by paying 50 € at check-in desk and overall was pretty good allowing me to stretch my legs. Cabin crew friendly and professional passing around with water trolleys through all the flight. “This was the single worst experience I have had with an airline company. I booked a flight and arrived at the airport and was informed my seats had been given away. I was offered a flight to another city in the same destination country (why go to Bologna where you have hotel reservations and what not, Verona sure seems like a nice place to get dumped at 10pm). The company said I had to accept now or lose the chance because the flight was boarding. I was informed I would receive a free flight and be reimbursed for my original flight.
