When you search for Brussels Airlines reviews online, you will find the words basic, bland, so-so, and plain used to describe the website. Basically, passengers think this airline’s services are quite mediocre. The price, according to others, is reasonable, but others believe that the price should be lower relative to the quality of their services. Based on the Brussels Airlines reviews I found online, people’s opinions of the airline is far from exceptional. The services on-board, while affordable, were not very good. Being called plain and uneventful is not good for an airline’s reputation. If they find a way to improve their services, I am certain that the passengers will be giving them a higher rating, one that they deserve.
