DragonAir

Cathay Dragon is the new name for Dragonair, Cathay Pacific’s subsidiary airline. Check in was quick and efficient and choice of lounges (4 or 5 different lounges) is very good given the immense size and distances at this airport. I went to The Cabin lounge as it was very close to the gate for my flight. Take off was 45 minutes late but no real drama – just more Moët in the excellent Cabin lounge. I have never found the business seats on these A320 aircraft comfortable except in the fully upright position. Recline is limited, leg rests useless and the seat is simply not comfortable to lounge in for someone 6’2″. Perhaps it is for shorter passengers. Full upright the seats are quite good with convenient USB power beside a special space for mobile phones. Table arrangement is good too. Staff were attentive and very good, so full points to them!”

We were very surprised with the leg room. its was as good as comfort/premium economy in European carriers. on time departure, ok food. so overall very pleasant flight and no wonder it was full. boarding was very quick and organized. will certainly try this again.”

“A flight too short to enjoy, did it more for connecting to next leg.

DragonAir

KA quality is always up to the segment they fly. You cannot expect much on such a short hop, but it’s incredible how the staff shows high service standards anyways.

Catering is swift and sufficient in volume; Impeccable aircraft as always.”
