Words like “efficient”, “affordable”, “easy” and “seamless” occur frequently on various review websites. This is very rarely the case for most online travel and booking companies, as people are always bound to look for things to complain about. Not on FlightHub, though. Customer satisfaction seems to be their one-and-only priority.

The online booking form is easy to use, so much that even those with minimal computer knowledge will be able to easily work their way through. Hotel reservations are also available on the website’s homepage, just click on the “Hotels” radio button and the form below will automatically change to fit the new selection. As for the flight booking form, users just have to input the required details and hit the large “Search” button to see the most affordable deals available. They may also view the different travel guides and insurance packages by clicking on the appropriate tabs found at the website’s header.

As for the website design, I really like the way they presented all the information. The text is clear, and so is the background image. The most prominent colors are orange and white and a little bit of blue. Overall,  the website looks good and functions really well.

    I booked my flight with FlightHub last January 2016. Ticket arrived almost immediately, the confirmation email was sent just as fast.

    SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO CLIENT SUCKS…. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS TERRIBLE…. NOT HELPFUL…. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME AS A CLIENT WHO MADE A RESERVATION SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO OUR SCHEDULED FLIGHT AND CHANGES THE ITINERARY IN JUST 3 WEEKS AWAY FOR THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT…. THEIR AGENT “TRECIA” IS NOT HELPFUL…. VERY ARROGANT!!!
