For those of you who live a hectic lifestyle, the idea of leaving work for a well-deserved vacation is nothing but a faraway fantasy. Travel plans, flight bookings and hotel reservations will just make your already complicated life even more perplexing.
Fortunately, online travel agencies like FlightHub are here to ease your worries. No more spending hours working on all the nitty-gritty stuff. Just a few clicks and you’re good to go. However, for those uncertain about whether or not this OTA fits their travel wants and needs, then I present to you: FlightHub Reviews 2016 version. Here we will be looking at the experiences of other travelers who have also used this website.
History and Background
FlightHub — a company currently based in Ontario, Canada — was founded by Matthew Keezer back in the year 2012. Prior to this, Keezer has also founded other online technological ventures. This includes Momentum Ventures, a company that aims to help businesses create credible tech products and services that will be able to support travelers all over the world.
In the year 2012, FlightHub, which was founded in Cornwall, only had seven employees. As the company kept growing, they continued to employ more and more software developers and travel experts. Today, FlightHub is already comprised of 350 employees.
After looking at the reviews written by previous FlightHub customers, I can say that this OTA can deliver what they promise. Words like “efficient”, “affordable”, “easy” and “seamless” occur frequently on various review websites. This is very rarely the case for most online travel and booking companies, as people are always bound to look for things to complain about. Not on FlightHub, though. Customer satisfaction seems to be their one-and-only priority.
A Look at Their Website
Travellers who would like to book their flights may do so by simply logging on to FlightHub.com and providing all the necessary information. The online booking form is easy to use, so much that even those with minimal computer knowledge will be able to easily work their way through. Hotel reservations are also available on the website’s homepage, just click on the “Hotels” radio button and the form below will automatically change to fit the new selection. As for the flight booking form, users just have to input the required details and hit the large “Search” button to see the most affordable deals available. They may also view the different travel guides and insurance packages by clicking on the appropriate tabs found at the website’s header.
As for the website design, I really like the way they presented all the information. The text is clear, and so is the background image. The most prominent colors are orange and white and a little bit of blue. Overall, the website looks good and functions really well.
