With that, it always best to start with the old names in the travel industry. Certainly, the big boys have been in the market a bit longer than budget airlines. However, there are some budget airlines that have been in existence for over 30 years. Among these airlines is Flybe and their travel agency Flybe.com.

With the awards and recognition that the company received in the past 30 years, surely there would be several satisfied customers who’d be giving their feedback online. Contrary to that personal opinion, Flybe customers had been complaining about their previous experience with both the airline and its online travel agency.

Based on Flybe reviews on the Internet, the airline’s previous customers have lined up a barrage of complaints against the company. Their complaints range from delays flights, to unreliable crew, disrespectful customer service, and cancellation and refund issues.

At the bottom of the page, customers can check cheap flight destinations from A- Z. The destinations are mostly European. Apart from that, they have other quick links that would be useful to travelers. One of these features is the “passenger assistance” for persons with disability.

Flybe customers can also be connected to the company through social media by clicking the links for the company’s Facebook page, Twitter, LinkedIn profile, and YouTube channel. Customers can also contact the company through their email support feature.

    Flew to Groningen last week and although I can see that their service crew are well-trained and friendly, I can’t say the same things for the ground crew. We were basically told to form a queue in front of the gate without even informing us about the reason for the delayed aircraft…
