What people are saying

TAM Airlines has garnered mixed reviews from their past passengers. In spite of the fact that the carrier gathered above normal evaluations, clients have a considerable amount of things to say in regards to the airline’s administrations, which includes both the positive and the negative.

First, the seating configuration has been criticized by many flyers, saying that the 3x4x3 layout of their Boeing 77-300ER is far from being comfortable. Also, a passenger warned others that the airline will re-route you without warning if ever they overbook your flight, even if you bought your ticket at full price.

Fortunately, the flight attendants were known for being kind and hospitable, often going out of their way to ensure that each passenger gets what they need. They are quite attentive and will listen intently to your specific requests.

Needs lots of improvement

As shown in the latest TAM Airlines reviews, passengers seem to offer more criticisms than praise for this airline. Their passenger handling needs to improve lest they want to lose more customers than they already had. Sadly, well-mannered flight attendants may not be enough for them to retain their passengers.

Bag handling here is the worst! I flew from DEN to JFK last March. My bag had a glassware and when it arrived a few of them had cracked.
