Needs lots of improvement

As shown in the latest TAM Airlines reviews, passengers seem to offer more criticisms than praise for this airline. Their passenger handling needs to improve lest they want to lose more customers than they already had. Sadly, well-mannered flight attendants may not be enough for them to retain their passengers.

    Bag handling here is the worst! I flew from DEN to JFK last March. My bag had a glassware and when it arrived a few of them had cracked.
