What people are saying

I’ve noticed that the reviews about Tigerair are all on an average aspect. Based on these reviews, passengers tells their experiences about how fair their flights were, with Tigerair, it’s a good thing though, but I hope Tigerair will exceed more in order for them to gain much better reviews. Here are some of the reviews I’ve read and gathered.

Tiger Airways

well if you don’t have check in baggage and getting lower fare to travel fr short distance this flight is good enough , seat legroom is nice , so if you want travel for shortest distance is good enough.”

“Canvassed different airlines going to Singapore and we got our tickets the cheapest at Tigerairways, since the kids are paying for their fare. They even had an email alert when the price go down. This was our first time riding at Tigerairways and it was good!”

Tiger Airways
“I have used this airline a few times and never experienced any bad problems. The staff is friendly good service and the food is good. It is an optional but if you fly three or more hours and you are about to miss your lunch or breakfast or dinner the meals they have are good. They are not the cheapest but you get a good service on board the planes are well maintained and I have a bit more leg space than with the super cheap budget airlines.”

A very convenient airline. Though i can really admit, the legroom was quite small, I’m a tall guy and it has always been my problem whenever I travel, but nonetheless, everything was fine. Will fly again.

Excellent deals. Smooth flight. Just a bit cramped when it comes to the seats, but everything’s fine.

I did experienced some problems with the airlines every now and then, but everything is tolerable. Delayed flights are somehow okay with me, as long as I’m not in a hurry. Overall, this airline does its job well.

If there’s anything wrong about this airline, its the delay. Overall Tiger is a good airline, they just need to do something with the long delays.
